Salt Room Therapy
Relaxing in a Himalayan salt room is a unique and tranquil experience. Built under guidance and instruction from Halotherapy experts, our entirely organic Himalayan salt cave is a cozy and darkened room that has several inches of Himalayan salt crystals covering the floor and walls.
The negatively charged ions in salt improve our health and mood. Inhaling particles may reduce inflammation and mucus in the lungs and improve respiratory conditions such as asthma, allergies, bronchitis, sinus congestion, and Chronic Obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Scientific studies show that people with asthma and other ailments breathe easier after halotherapy.
A typical Himalayan salt therapy session lasts for 45 minutes. Children respond extremely well to Himalayan salt therapy and are safe to join you in the cave during your session.
